Terms & Conditions


1. Placing an order
• We reserve the right to refuse an order at any point of time if
a. The product ordered is out of stock 
b. Our inability to obtain authorization of payment 
c. The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion 
• If there should be any problems as stated above with your order we shall contact you (the BUYER) immediately. 



2. ‘3 DAYS HOLD’ policy
• We will put your order on hold for strictly 3 DAYS only. Any later, we reserve the right to release the items for other potential customers without any notice given. (We accept special request under the discretion of the management).
• Stocks are on a first come first serve basis whether in-store or online and hence your order is subject to stock availability from the point we received your order.
• In the event that you have placed the order and paid but we have sold it before we knew of your payment, we will notify you and make a full refund/exchange. 
• It would be our gratitude to let us know in advance if you have changed your mind within the 3 days hold period



3. Postage
• Normally, postage fees are on the expense of the customer unless for specific months that we offer special postage fee waiver.
• Please note that every online promotion offered has its own terms and conditions.
• In the event that the Buyer is using the voucher during a free postage period, Buyer should only choose either one of the promotions.
• Items pick-up from Store in Uptown, Petaling Jaya is the most favorable.
• We allow customers who would like us to KEEP an item from being posted (sent to you) so that it can be posted together with the confirmed items from the next batch, provided that the 1st item mentioned is paid which means the 3 DAYS HOLD still applies. Please let us know in advance if so.

4. Refunds/Exchange (Applicable for Online Purchases Only)
• We allow RETURNS, REFUNDS and EXCHANGES of up to 30 days provided that all tags are still in place. We won't accomodate with any returns, refinds and exchanges after 30 days. However, we would NOT allow returns, refunds and exchanges for any reasons such as:
a. the wear and tear due to the course of daily usage
b. color difference from the photo as color/ visual/effect of the actual item may vary due to graphic of the monitor display.
We will accept returns for:
a. incorrect item(s)
b. defects or not washable dirt (subject to our acceptable judgments) have to be proven by sending us the picture or better bring to our store for instant judgment. Returns of such circumstances are all under the discretion of the management.
c. to change to a new size



a. Thankfully, we assure the condition of the item before posting it out to avoid inconveniences for both parties. We take pictures of the condition of the item in the case of conflicts. However, please do forgive us if we had missed out any hidden spots.
b. Items that we consider unacceptable defects have to be reported to us within 24 hours after buyer have received goods and can be posted back to us and any fees are at BUYER’s expense.
c. We will only accept returns from customers delivered within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.
d. We will not be responsible for the loss of mail or if items get damaged in transit of the return.
e. Additional postage and handling fee per item exchanged will be imposed on buyer.
f. You may send your return item(s) to the address that we'll email to you.

5. Agreement from both parties
• Buyer agrees with the terms & conditions stated above once Buyer place an order. 
• The management reserves the right to change the terms & conditions at any point of time. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
• All information that you provide us with will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
